Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain CRM features, updates, and service offerings.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to CRM usage, subscriptions, and basic technical issues.
Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable CRM solutions.
Follow up with customers for demos, feedback, renewals, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with technical, implementation, and support teams for escalated concerns.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.
Meet daily and weekly call targets and productivity benchmarks.
Assist in lead qualification and customer onboarding support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (SaaS/IT industry preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of CRM systems, SaaS products, or software solutions is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and remote environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
