We are looking for self-motivated home-based telecallers to promote digital marketing, web development, and software services to small and medium businesses across Kerala. Responsibilities
Call potential clients from provided database / own sources.
Explain company services and convert leads to appointments or sales.
Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested prospects.
Report updates to the manager via WhatsApp or Google Sheet. Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English.
Smartphone + Internet connection.
Previous telecalling / marketing experience preferred (not mandatory).
Minimum 2 hours/day availability. Commission Structure
Attractive performance-based commission per converted client.
Earn ?1,000 - ?5,000 per sale (depending on project value).
Monthly bonuses for top performers.
