Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and greet walk-in visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and visitor records.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support business development activities.
Manage reception area - ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Assist management with day-to-day office operations when required.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, front office, or customer service roles.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Punjabi and Hindi; local language preferred).
Good telephone etiquette and presentation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure.
Preferred:
Experience in sales calling or client coordination will be an added advantage.
