Zapbytes Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to engage with potential customers, promote our IT services/products, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Zapbytes Technologies' services/products
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Explain company offerings clearly and effectively
Generate and follow up on leads to support the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
