Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
Schedule meetings or site visits for sales executives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller or similar role (freshers can also apply if confident).
Good communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi/English).
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused.
