Role Description - Tele Caller (Mumbai, BKC/Wadala) - ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES

We are looking for a proactive and professional Tele Caller to join our Mumbai office.
Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism Providing clients with accurate property-related information Resolving queries and capturing detailed customer information for follow-up Identifying potential sales opportunities and scheduling appointments Updating records in CRM systems and supporting the sales team Managing RSVP for property shows and coordinating follow-ups

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with clients Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining organized data Active listening, problem-solving, and adaptability Experience in tele-calling, real estate, or call centers (international/domestic) is an advantage Ability to make

100-150 calls daily

and generate quality leads Multilingual skills and knowledge of property management are a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
