Roles and Responsibilities:



Manage the entire Lead generation process for all real estate inquiries First Square Feet Realty has a standard lead generation and maturation process outlined broadly as follows: Calling Client and informing about the organization Gathering Customer Details as per the format Flat Layout, Floor Lay out, Various Options, Various Views, Various offers, Various Payment plans which are pre-approved to be informed to the customer Objection handling and offering resolution to all queries Follow up for visits Follow up for reschedules and revisits with customer's family members Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and operational procedures during the customer verbal and written transactions. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting to senior management. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the lead generation process in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to company policies and local laws regarding real estate transactions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
