Job Title: Telecaller - Aesthetic Clinic
Primary Role:
The Telecaller acts as the first point of contact between clients and the clinic. They handle inbound and outbound calls to promote aesthetic services, convert inquiries into appointments, and ensure excellent client experience through follow-ups and support.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication
Handle incoming calls regarding skin, hair, or cosmetic treatment inquiries.
Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through campaigns, social media, or referrals.
Provide detailed information about clinic services, offers, and treatments (e.g., laser, PRP, hair transplant, skin rejuvenation, etc.).
Maintain professional and empathetic communication to build trust with clients.
2. Appointment Management
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments for consultations or treatments.
Coordinate with doctors and front desk teams to ensure smooth appointment flow.
Remind clients of their upcoming visits via calls, WhatsApp, or SMS.
3. Lead Conversion & Sales Support
Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings through persuasive communication.
Explain ongoing offers or packages to encourage conversions.
Maintain follow-up calls for undecided or missed clients.
4. Database Management
Update and maintain client records in CRM or Excel sheets accurately.
Track daily calls, leads, and conversions for reporting to the branch manager or sales team.
Handle client data confidentially and securely.
5. Customer Relationship & Feedback
Follow up with existing clients for feedback after treatments.
Address basic queries or complaints and escalate issues to the concerned team if needed.
Help maintain client retention and satisfaction through courteous service.
6. Coordination with Other Teams
Work closely with marketing for campaign leads and responses.
Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors for accurate information delivery.
Share daily and weekly telecalling reports with management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
