Salary: Rs.6000/- to Rs.9000/- + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller to handle admission inquiries and guide students about our courses. The role involves outbound & inbound calls, lead follow-ups, and providing accurate information to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist students with admission inquiries Explain course details, eligibility, and admission procedures clearly Follow up with potential students and convert leads into admissions Maintain and update the database of leads and follow-up status Coordinate with the admissions team for a smooth enrollment process Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
Requirements:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle queries professionally and persuasively

Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service (preferred)

Basic computer knowledge & proficiency in CRM software (added advantage)

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
