Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer database with call details. Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in [English/Tamil]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle rejection.
