Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily schedules for

pest control service staff

and

ISO consultants

. Communicate effectively with clients to

schedule appointments, confirm services, and handle queries

. Manage

incoming and outgoing calls

for customer support, service follow-ups, and feedback collection. Maintain

client records, service logs, and job sheets

accurately in company systems.

Assist in basic administrative tasks

such as preparing reports, filing documents, and maintaining databases. Follow up on

pending payments

and provide necessary support for

invoicing and collections

. Act as a

link between clients and field staff

to ensure smooth service delivery. Support in

ISO documentation, client coordination, and audit preparation

when required. Handle

email communication

and basic correspondence with clients and vendors. Ensure

prompt escalation

of any client issues to the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
