Job Overview
We are seeking a
Telecaller (Inside Sales Executive)
with 1-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective learners, and closing enrollments over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and professionals.
Explain and promote TechnoCLASS Edtech's courses and programs.
Counsel learners to identify the best-fit program for their goals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide feedback on customer insights.
Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO/EdTech sales.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
