Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with students/leads generated from marketing campaigns
Explain courses, career programs, and offerings clearly
Understand student requirements and guide them accordingly
Maintain call records and update lead status regularly
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with the counselling and operations team
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident, polite, and convincing on calls
Willingness to learn and grow
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is a plus
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
