We are hiring an experienced Telecaller for the US shift, primarily responsible for outbound cold calling to US-based prospects and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential US clients
Pitch company services clearly and confidently
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain call logs and follow-up records
Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience
in cold calling
Fluent English communication
(mandatory)
Experience in
US Sales
(required)
US IT Sales experience is a plus
Comfortable working in
US/Night shift
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
