Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Contact potential customers to introduce products/services, explain features, and persuade them to buy or schedule appointments.

Inbound Call Handling:

Address incoming calls from existing or potential clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.

Lead Management:

Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.

Customer Data Management:

Accurately record interactions, update customer contact details, and maintain detailed call logs in databases (CRM).

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer insights, grievances, and suggestions to relay to relevant departments for service improvement.

Sales Targets:

Work to achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
