We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain products or services, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls or handle inbound customer calls
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,526.06 per month
