Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers from company-provided leads
Inform customers about
Salonmart products, offers, and store experience
Explain ongoing promotions and schemes clearly
Follow up with interested customers and encourage store visits
Maintain basic calling records and lead status
Achieve daily calling and walk-in targets
Candidate Requirements
? Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
? 0-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer calling
? Freshers with good communication skills may apply
? Experience in retail, salon, or wellness industry is an advantage
Skills Required
Good communication skills in
Hindi & basic English
Confident and polite calling style
Target-oriented and customer-focused
Willingness to learn and grow
