Make outbound and handle inbound calls for IT services
Call and follow up with
generated leads
Explain company IT services clearly to clients
Understand client requirements and provide proper solutions
Maintain
call records, lead data, and documentation
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
in English & Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
Experience in
tele calling and sales
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call logs)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate:
Tele Caller / Tele Sales experience preferred
IT company or service sales experience is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
