Job Description

A Telecaller job involves making and receiving calls to engage customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, resolving issues, and updating customer databases, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and often CRM skills to meet sales/service goals across industries like banking, e-commerce, or education. Key duties include outbound cold calls, inbound query handling, maintaining records, and building customer rapport. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Contact potential clients for sales, appointment setting, or surveys.

Inbound Calls:

Answer customer questions, provide product info, and offer support.

Lead Generation:

Follow up on prospects to convert them into customers.

Customer Service:

Resolve complaints, ensure satisfaction, and build positive relationships.

Data Management:

Accurately log calls, update CRM systems, and maintain records.

Sales Targets:

Meet specific objectives for sales or call volume.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
