Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and solutions.
Identify and generate new leads through calling, online research, and follow-ups.
Explain services clearly, answer client questions, and understand their requirements.
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and maintain a high conversion rate.
Maintain and update the CRM with daily call logs, lead information, and follow-up details.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Basic understanding of IT services, software, or tech products (training will be provided).
Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle objections.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred:
Prior telesales or inside sales experience (IT sales experience is a plus).
Familiarity with lead generation platforms and calling tools.
