Join our team as a Hospital Telecaller and play a crucial role in assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling and reminders.
Answer inbound calls from patients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using our database system.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient scheduling and communication.
Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with patients in a compassionate manner.
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
