Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain detailed call records.
Support the sales and marketing teams in promotional activities.
Share product details, pricing, and offers confidently with clients.
Understand basic digital marketing and SEO concepts to communicate effectively with clients/businesses.
Work with B2B portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba) to manage listings and respond to inquiries.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold one of the following degrees:
BCA
MCA
B.Tech
M.Tech
Experience Requirements
1+ year experience
in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
