Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and energetic

Telecaller

to join our real estate brokerage office. The role involves handling

inbound and outbound calls

to generate qualified leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting digital outreach through

social media posting of real estate projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calls



Handle incoming inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation and follow-ups. Maintain call records and update CRM with client interactions.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement



Identify and qualify leads through effective communication. Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team. Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term engagement

Social Media & Digital Outreach



Create and post engaging content about real estate projects on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Assist in promoting new listings, offers, and project updates. Monitor engagement and respond to queries received via social channels

Administrative Support



Maintain accurate databases of leads and prospects. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and social media activity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
