This role focuses on outbound cold calling, expertly explaining our real estate projects, fixing site visits, and ensuring a professional customer experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales by efficiently managing communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties for real estate sales with good communication skills.
Provide complete, accurate, and compelling details regarding various real estate projects to customers and resolve basic complaints (via call/mail).
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback.
Fix and coordinate site visits between potential customers and sales consultants.
Maintain and update clear records/follow-up sheets of everyday calls and customer information accurately in the CRM system.
What we are looking for:
6 months - 3 Years
of professional experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a highly detail-oriented customer service role.
Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
Exceptional Verbal Communication: Clear, professional, and convincing phone presence.
High Detail-Orientation: Proven ability to absorb, memorize, and articulate complex, specific data without error.
Note:
This role offers a flexible working arrangement. Presence in the office is not strictly necessary to perform the job successfully. We support remote or hybrid work based on performance and agreement.
