Make outbound calls:
Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, explain benefits, and generate interest or sales.
Handle inbound calls:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Generate leads and sales:
Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions.
Manage customer data:
Accurately record and maintain details of customer interactions in a database or CRM system.
Follow up:
Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and move them through the sales funnel.
Meet targets:
Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales or performance goals.
Adhere to scripts:
Follow telecalling scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
Required skills and qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to listen actively.
Persuasion:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence customers.
Resilience:
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Technical proficiency:
Basic computer knowledge, data entry skills, and familiarity with CRM software is often required.
Education:
