Good communication skills in

Hindi & Punjabi

Fluent in English

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, email handling) Ability to handle outbound & inbound calls confidently Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services Handle incoming inquiries and provide relevant information Maintain and update customer database in CRM Generate and follow up on leads to support the sales team Explain product features clearly and professionally Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets Maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups Provide accurate feedback to the management regarding customer needs and issues
