Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database.
Introduce the company and communicate the purpose of the call effectively.
Schedule and confirm online meetings or appointments for the concerned team.
Maintain detailed call records and update daily/weekly reports.
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure successful appointments.
Represent the organization professionally and ethically at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Proactive, ethical, and logical approach to tasks.
Good interpersonal and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge MS Excel / Google Sheets and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work.
Education:
MBA preferred or a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
