Explain products, services, or courses clearly and professionally.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a positive and polite tone during calls.
Convert leads into walk-ins, appointments, demos, or sales.
Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
Update CRM/Excel sheets with call details and lead status.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for smooth lead management.
