Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and explain loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.).
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about NBFC products and services.
Convert leads into successful loan applications through persuasive communication and relationship building.
Follow up with existing customers for EMI payments, renewals, or cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain detailed call logs, lead status, and daily reports in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and collections team for field visits and application follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/NBFC regulations, and data privacy standards.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
