Key Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills in English Basic knowledge of Email and MS Excel

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts Answer customer queries and provide accurate information Identify customer needs and close sales effectively Forward qualified leads to the field sales team when required Enter and update customer data in the database Take and process orders accurately and efficiently Handle customer concerns to maintain company reputation Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and other relevant information
