As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing business by cold calling leads, maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, and arranging meetings for Sales Executive.

Tasks & Activities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads for further follow-up and sales conversion
- Generate leads by cold calling.
2. Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, addressing their questions and concerns.
3. Product Knowledge and Communication:
- Develop a deep understanding of the products/services offered to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.
- Overcome objections and resistance from prospects through effective communication and persuasion.
4. Arranging Meetings and Follow-ups:
- Arrange meetings for Sales Executive by coordinating with clients.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads into successful sales.
5. Relationship Building and maintain data:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
6. Market and Competitor insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the team based on market research.
7. Qualify Leads and Follow up with Clients:
- Qualify Leads and transfer it to the Sales Team according to company standards and take follow up with them regarding the same.
- Follow up with Customers regarding after Sales Service.
