Key Responsibilities
Make regular telecalls to collect daily attendance and various facility-related reports from sites.
Record, compile, and maintain attendance data and other reports with accuracy.
Coordinate with site staff and supervisors to ensure timely reporting and escalation of issues, if required.
Maintain helpdesk support functions by responding to client/site queries and forwarding requests to the concerned team.
Prepare, organize, and share reports using MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF formats.
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy with attention to detail.
Support the operations team with report follow-ups, scheduling, and communication.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong telecalling and soft communication skills (polite, professional, and clear).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
