Required Telecaller for Hospitality Services (THRONES: RESORT & BANQUETS)
Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound and outbound calls related to restaurant reservations, banquet bookings, and event inquiries.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette and deliver excellent guest service experience.
Record and manage booking details accurately in the system.
Provide complete information to guests regarding menus, packages, banquet facilities, and ongoing offers.
Coordinate with the restaurant/banquet team to ensure smooth reservation management.
Handle customer queries, special requests, and complaints with a service-oriented approach.
Assist in upselling restaurant/event packages to potential clients.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; additional regional languages a plus).
Pleasant and professional telephone voice.
Knowledge of hospitality industry protocols (restaurants, banquets, events).
Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and handle guest queries efficiently.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality/restaurant/banquet reservations role.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software preferred).
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
