We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through telemarketing efforts, promoting our services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
Utilise B2B sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions using CRM software, including Salesforce.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategise on improving outreach efforts and achieving targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare reports on call outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and engage clients effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to team success.
