Make outbound/inbound calls to customers
Provide information about products/services
Maintain customer records and update databases
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation (any stream)
Communication:
Good verbal & written communication in English/Hindi
Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
