Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow up with leads and ensure proper communication flow.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
0 to 1 year of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome).
Strong verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
