Telecaller Executive with excellent communication skills
to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective students and parents, providing accurate details about study abroad opportunities, and supporting the admissions team in converting genuine leads into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding study abroad programs.
Clearly explain admission requirements, course details, and visa processes.
Maintain proper records of calls and update the lead management system.
Follow up with interested candidates regularly and nurture leads.
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the admissions team.
Handle queries politely and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Work towards daily and weekly calling/conversion targets.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any stream.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
(mandatory).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (education industry preferred).
Good listening and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, lead tracking tools).
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
