Make a defined number of outbound calls daily (sales / recovery / feedback / lead generation).
Attend inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries.
Maintain courtesy, clarity, and professionalism in every interaction.

Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate leads from calling data provided by the company.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert into sales / appointments.
Maintain minimum conversion percentage as per targets.
3.
Database & Reporting
Update customer information and call status in CRM/software accurately.
Submit daily / weekly reports on calls made, responses, conversions, and follow-ups.
Maintain call records for audit and performance review.
4.
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly call targets (number of calls, sales, collections, or appointments).
Ensure timely follow-ups and closures to achieve business goals.
5.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Handle objections effectively and escalate issues when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6.
Team & Compliance
Follow company's telecalling scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Work in coordination with field sales/recovery/marketing teams for smooth handover of leads.
Adhere to quality and productivity benchmarks set by management.
7.
Skill Improvement
Participate in training sessions for product knowledge, communication skills, and telecalling techniques.
Continuously upgrade knowledge of company's services/products.
