We are looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and assisting in lead generation and customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide support.
Maintain and update customer databases/CRM on a regular basis.
Follow-up with potential clients and ensure conversions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills (English language as required).
Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/customer support is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
