The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information to clients regarding immigration processes, and maintaining good customer relations. Freshers who are confident and have good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide details about immigration services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain client records and update the database.
Follow up with leads and ensure smooth communication.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate/fresher.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales/customer service experience will be an advantage.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office & Internet browsing.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
