Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound follow-up calls
to patients who have used our medical equipment (Beds, BiPAP, Wheelchairs, etc.) and physiotherapy services.
Engage with customers
to check satisfaction, recovery progress, and future healthcare needs.
Pitch related services/products
(e.g., physiotherapy after hospital bed use, consumables for BiPAP, AMC plans).
Maintain
LTV records
by ensuring recurring engagement and upselling where relevant.
Handle inbound queries
related to physiotherapy sessions, equipment needs, or service concerns.
Schedule physiotherapy sessions
and coordinate with the physiotherapist.
Update all interactions in CRM/Google Sheets for accurate reporting.
Share
weekly feedback & trends
with management to improve service quality.

Qualifications

6 months - 2 years of experience in
telecalling, customer care, or patient coordination

Hindi & English

Familiarity with
CRM/Excel/Google Sheets
preferred.
