Make outbound calls to corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, and referral doctors for hospital tie-ups and collaborations.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for scheduling meetings and tie-up discussions.
Track and follow up on leads generated through CRM to convert them into hospital visits or corporate partnerships.
Generate CRM reports on calls, tie-up progress, and conversion rates.
Ensure proper documentation of MOUs, agreements, and discussions in CRM.
Support patient relationship management by calling corporate employees for appointments, reminders, and feedback.
Achieve assigned targets for corporate engagement, tie-ups, and patient lead conversions.
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate.
Experience: Fresher-3 years in telecalling/CRM/business development (experience in hospital/healthcare industry preferred).
Knowledge of
CRM tools
(Zoho, Salesforce, HIS, or similar).
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages an advantage).
Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email handling, Data reporting).
Ability to multitask between tie-up calling, CRM updating, and reporting.
