We are looking for a Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or recovery purposes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or concerned department
Meet daily/weekly call targets and KPIs
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Ability to remain calm under pressure
