The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing potential clients with detailed information about immigration services, answering their queries, and guiding them through the process. You will play a key role in assisting clients with their immigration needs while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, as well as handling inbound calls for queries and follow-ups.
Consultation & Guidance:
Provide potential clients with accurate information regarding various immigration programs, visa types, and requirements based on their needs and preferences.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify potential clients through calls and convert them into leads by addressing their concerns, explaining the immigration process, and offering solutions.
Database Management:
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and client interactions using CRM software. Ensure all client information is updated and accurately documented.
Follow-ups:
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure they have all the necessary information and assist them in completing their applications.
Customer Service:
Offer high levels of customer service, empathy, and support, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Problem Resolution:
Address any concerns or issues clients may have, escalating matters to the senior team when necessary.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales and operations team with administrative tasks related to the immigration process.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the immigration or travel industry).
Knowledge of immigration laws, visa types, and application processes is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
