(only female candidate) to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and assisting customers with queries or issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team if required.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines.
Provide accurate information and maintain a professional tone.
Job Requirements:
Experience required- minimum 2 years in telecalling or customer service
Education Qualification : Graduation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be soft spoken
Fluency in English
