Alliance recruitment 4u is a leading Recruitment & Staffing consultancy .We are URGENTLY looking for confident and smart Tel callers to join their team for their new office at Mohali.

Job Duties:

Outbound Calling:

Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling and follow-up on inbound inquiries.

Sales Conversion:

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and close sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

CRM Management:

Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Performance Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and earn rewarding commissions.

Data Entry:

Accurately documenting customer information and interactions.

Following Scripts:

Adhering to established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and customer interactions.

Experience:

1-2 years in tele calling, sales, or customer service; prior experience in immigration & visa consultancy is will be preferred.
