We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller (Female only)

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

telecalling, lead generation, or MLM/e-commerce sectors

. This is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced IT and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential business clients. Explain and promote our services to e-commerce brands and businesses. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of leads.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a customer-facing role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of cold calling and lead generation techniques. Experience in IT, e-commerce, or MLM industries is highly preferred.
