We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our company for domestic sales/support team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting travel packages, and assisting with travel-related queries and bookings within India.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote travel packages and services. Handle inbound customer queries related to domestic tours, travel itineraries, pricing, and bookings. Convert leads into sales by explaining the features and benefits of various travel packages. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries or issues promptly Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers to 1 year of experience
