Job Description

A telecaller's job is to communicate with existing and potential customers via phone, promoting products or services, gathering leads, and addressing customer inquiries. They are essentially the "voice of the company" in a phone-based interaction, working to build relationships, resolve issues, and drive sales or engagement. Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls:

Initiating contact with prospects or existing customers to promote products, gather feedback, or follow up on leads.

Handling inbound calls:

Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.

Understanding customer needs:

Actively listening to customers to understand their requirements and tailor communication accordingly.

Promoting products/services:

Effectively explaining product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing their concerns, and encouraging purchase or further engagement.

Maintaining call logs:

Documenting interactions, including outcomes, and updating customer records for future reference.

Meeting targets:

Achieving daily or weekly call targets and sales/engagement goals.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
