We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The role involves making outbound/Inbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about our services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Handle complaints or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

Required Skills:



Good verbal communication Skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to handle pressure and rejection. Polite, patient, and persuasive.

Qualifications:



Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Prior experience in tele calling, BPO, or customer service is a plus.
